"We had a wonderful stay Our room was spacious, well maintained and clean. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. It kept the room cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff from the time you checked in, to the restaurant, to the bar was friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. Definitely don’t miss out on having breakfast, lunch or dinner on site, the food was excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"This place had the charm of old Florida that is so hard to find in beach towns. The room was so fresh and clean. It had everything we needed ( stove, frig. cold air and a comfy bed) . We loved the ability to wash our clothes with the on site washer/dryer. They also had chairs, beach wagons, towels, and bikes for anyone to use that is staying! Pool was nice and very clean! I can’t say enough Great things about our stay!! Definitely definitely definitely would stay here again and would recommend...

"Room could have been cleaner, TV was broken (it was quickly replaced) bathtub faucet leaked, dishwasher door leaked (it was fixed and kitchen cleaned by the staff) so there was a lot of water on the kitchen floor. I didnt appreciate having to pay for parking."

"Breakfast was excellent each morning. Have stayed here several times and usually an always pleased. I was given a room right off the Lobby which I now realize is probably a room used often for guest with dogs. Strong smell of damp dog when entering each time. Will request a room on other floors in the future to avoid this smell."

"The first level room I had reserved was unavailable due to some electrical problems. I accepted a 2nd level room and appreciated the gentleman who brought my luggage to the room. He was very nice.
The pool was to be closed and resort fee waived. The pool was serviced faster than management anticipated so they changed the policy and reinstated the resort fee. Guests were to be reimbursed for their lunch. I returned lunch receipt as instructed but it wasn’t taken off my bill. Dante’s dinner...

"To start with, they took a long time to give me a room, even though the hotel was practically empty. We had to change our own towels since there was no housekeeping service. To top it all off, they later called to charge me $500, claiming we had smoked in the room—which we hadn't. Just imagine smoking inside an air-conditioned room; that’s something you wouldn't even do in your own home. Besides, there wasn't even a sign indicating that smoking was prohibited in the hotel. It was a terrible...

"The rooms are clean and comfortable, I love the location, however if you choose to stay here do t forget BUGSPRAY if you like to be outside. There are noseeums and mosquitoes. The noseeums are so bad they literally attack you during the day and the night the moment you go outside I have over 200 bug bites just from walking from my car to inside. I was bitten so badly I have to shower several times to relieve the itch, had to get Benadryl and some calamine lotion to calm the bites down. So...
