3 BEDROOM, 3 BATHROOM

This beautiful condominium overlooks the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Located on the 4th floor of the Legacy 2 Tower, this professionally furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium offers 1815 Sq. Ft. of living area.

The Living Room is equipped with a 50” flat screen TV, with access to a huge balcony overlooking the 2 beautiful pools.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a 50' TV, a huge private bathroom with a garden tub, a separate shower, a double vanity with granite tops and a large walk-in closet.

The second Bedroom has a King-Size Bed, a 42' Flat Screen TV and a double closet.

The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds along with a queen size bed, a desk, and 42" flat screen TV.

The kitchen is equipped with the top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and is fully furnished for the gourmet cook.

The dining room has a table that seats six as well as a breakfast bar that seats two. Also included is a mini wet bar. The utility room has a full size washer & dryer for your convenience.

This unit comes with a fully furnished 227 Sq. Ft. balcony as well as a separate kitchen balcony that offers a breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comes with 2 parking passes. One is an assigned parking spot in the covered parking garage which brings a convenience, as well as another parking spot for the Common Area.

Access to 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor heated pool.

Just ten minutes from the Gulfport Regional Airport. Close to deep-sea fishing, the Mississippi Coast Coliseum: convention center, casinos, and only about an hour from New Orleans.

We really enjoyed our trip! The condo was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Pools were beautiful (but cold). The path along the beach was great for walks/runs. Great proximity to Biloxi and Gulfport. We even ventured to New Orleans for a day for an airboat tour (highly recommend) and a visit to the French Quarter. Kenny was great to work with. He was prompt to respond and gave us some great recommendations. Check in and check out was very easy. We would definitely stay here again if we head back to the area.

The rooms and common areas are very spacious, kitchen has an island opening up the cooking areas. I loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub since we camein the cooler months. The view is very pretty. If you arelooking for a patio to enjoy a good book, this is not for you.Very busy road between condos and beach with lots ofsirened vehicles all day and night. Didn't deter our staybecause it was in early March, kind of cold to sit out anyway. Owner was over the top willing to help with anyquestions and suggestions. Enjoy!

Excellent beach condo

We loved everything about our stay at this property from the beach views to the great pools. We had issues with the air conditioning and Kenny responded immediately and the issue was addressed promptly. We will be happy to stay here again in the future!

Amazing property

This condo was very nice! Looked just like the pics posted online. Very clean condo and the property as well. All the staff were very nice , friendly and helpful. Check in and out process was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend Getaway

We stayed for just a weekend and would have loved to have stayed longer! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We will definitely plan to stay again!

Great place!

We loved this condo. It was very spacious with three bedrooms, plenty of space for all of us to sleep. Well equipped. Across the street from the beach. 2 balconies with great views of sunrise and sunset.

The unit was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner communicated well the checkin and check out instructions. The condo was updated and had two separate balconies overlooking the Gulf. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay here again.

The place was fantastic! Amazing views from the balconies, very clean and well maintained property, and the host was always readily available. Security guards were pretty strict about wearing wristbands throughout the stay. We had a great time in Gulfport!

Beautiful Place

We absolutely loved the condo! It was the perfect location and size for our group. The balcony view was beautiful. The bunk beds were a hit with my boys! Kenny was an amazing host! Excellent communication and extremely helpful! Even the facility was accommodating with parking and such. Will definitely be back!

Had a ball!

Great spot! We stayed for the Nereids ball. The property and unit were clean and as described. The amenities were available and easy to access. The owner reached out and was very accommodating and polite! Can’t wait to stay again :)
