Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Julie was very cooperative when I told her about some problems. She even let me use the washer and dryer at Bender. We forgot to mention the deadbolt was not working. Other than the issues I told Julie and the deadbolt that was it.

1A is absolutely the best at Sandpiper!!

The property is very clean and well maintained. There was someone always grilling in the evenings which was a nice option to dining out. The pool is heated which is nice when it's cooler. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and book with Bender Realty. Missy and Betty were the best!!

Great Condo

Renting through VRBO and dealing with the Property manager could not have been easier! The condo was well cleaned and was exactly as described. You are only a few steps to the ocean. If you don’t want to carry chairs and umbrellas back and forth from the beach there are chairs and umbrella’s for rent at a reasonable rate. The property is family friendly and I will definitely rent again.
