Welcome to Sea Walley, a charming and dog-friendly 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom coastal cottage with a bonus bunk room, private pool, and room for 12 guests, located just one block from the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a group retreat, or a relaxed getaway with your pup, this cozy beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and Southern charm.

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with flat-screen TV and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with balcony access to enjoy sunrise views.
Bedroom 3: Full-size bed and flat-screen TV.
Bonus Room: Two Twin-size bunk beds, one futon, and two comfy sofas with flat-screen TV – ideal for kids or additional guests.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa in the main seating area.
Parking: Up to 3 vehicles allowed (no passes required).
Dog-Friendly: One dog under 40 lbs allowed with a $250 fee (not included in reservation total; notify after booking).

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of cookware for group meals.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 3 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

This property is in a phenomenal location and has the potential to be great! Unfortunately, it does need quiet a few updates that pictures don't capture. The couches need thrown out and replaced, the appliances could stand an update, and the pool deck and pool need a lot of attention; maybe replaced, and the home itself could use a softwash/pressure wash. The management company is also phenomenal, they respond directly and quickly and are on top of it! If the property condition matched the location and the hardwork of the management company this could potentially be one of the best spots in Gulf Shores!

Not like the listing

Communication, check in, and location are great. But the house itself does not look like the listing!! It was unclean with stains on furniture, mold on shower curtains, and scares kitchen supplies. The pool was a good feature, but we were disappointed with the overall state of the property.

Sweet & Salty Vacation

The Sea Walley cabana provided our family with sweet treats! It had four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms. There's a large livingroom for family comfort & togetherness, while playing games and watching You Tube. The location provides easy & close access to the Gulf Shores Beach. Our five grandboys loved the quick walk to Alvin's Island for shakes & candy! Everyone appreciated the wash off salt shower, after a day at the beach. The salt water pool was just right for family swimming exercise and relaxation. Thank you, Sea Walley, for our sweet & salty experiences & memories!!!!!

Great spot

Plenty of room. Great set up for all types of weather. Within easy walking distance to the beach, lots of food, shops, and entertainment.Pool was dirty at the bottom with no way to clean it. Grills need updating.Great stay overall and would recommend highly if you don't need to be fancy.

House was at a great location to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. So nice having a private pool as well. There were several things that could use a refresh like the terribly stained couch, torn up and missing bench cushions outside, so many dirty dishes and utensils in drawers. The rooms seemed really small because of the chunky furniture in each room. Overall my family and I had a fun time all together. My kids enjoyed the swings under the house and the outdoor shower was a plus to have!

Spring Break trip

Our stay was so amazing! Great location, Clean home, good communication. We are for sure coming back again! The pool was fun and the kids loved the swings. They played waffle ball and lots of tag in the yard! So close to the beach and stores. We barely drove our whole trip! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. The whole experience was awesome!

Great Location

This private house is one block away from the beach and very close to restaurants. It’s very well equipped and set up for multi family. The AC work extremely well. It was the perfect place for our annual family reunion. We made great memories, and were able to remember our dad when we visited the naval station close by in Pensacola. We would go here again.

Fun in the Sun 🌞

Awesome location 2 blocks from beach access and shops. House was as my daughter put it "rustic", a little too rustic for me but it served its purpose. House could definitely use some TLC has good potential could use new furniture and kitchen was very poorly stocked. We spent all our time at the beach and pool was nice so just needed a place to rest.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful time. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Everything was clean and check in and out were easy. The A/C stopped working, but after submitting a maintenance request, the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, everyone had a great time. Would recommend staying here
