Newly Renovated, Very Clean, First Floor, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Full Size Kitchen, Dining Room, Right by the Pool. Beach just down the road. This condo is the Perfect Getaway for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or place to enjoy great friends. New Bedroom Furniture, New Mattresses, and New Living Room Furniture. A great condo in a great community. We have some open dates for 2026 if you are ready to make plans for a beach stay.

If You are Looking for a Great Property Close to the Beach and Easy Access to Everything, This Is It! We are 1 block off Hwy 59. Just 1.2 miles from the most popular Public Beach with beautiful white sand, Public Parking and a Bathhouse. One half mile from LuLu's and a few short blocks from Tacky Jack's. Gulf State Park entrance is one half mile away for hiking, a fishing pier, wildlife and bicycles just for the asking.

This condo is in a great location, first floor and overlooking the pool. Sit on our ground floor lanai, and your view is even with the middle of the pool. Honestly, the best vacation condo in the complex. The soothing sounds of the splashing pool water jets is a stone's throw away, giving you an amazing view of the pool from the kitchen and dining area for all to enjoy. We have an onsite Property Manager. Choose to stay with us for a Wonderful Vacation Experience.

The Alabama Gulf Coast of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach have 32 miles of pristine white sand beaches. and 10 public access points. The main Gulf Shores public access beach is at the end of Highway 59 with parking, restrooms, showers, and lifeguards during the summer. We can't forget the Hangout Bar and Restaurant is there too. The Sportsplex is 4.1 miles away.

I will never ever stay anywhere else! This spot was absolutely perfect — just the right distance to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants. The place was immaculate and much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. It felt safe, clean, and super convenient. Truly a hidden gem!

Just what it says

We got to stay again in the same condo that we have in the previous years. The place and location are ideal if you are looking for some relaxation. The condo is centerly located. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The beach is not a far drive. The pool is just steps from the patio door. If there is any question that you may have, the owners are quick to respond. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a place to stay.

Convenient location

The location is good, close to any stores you may need. The beach is about 5 minutes away, not walkable to get there. The pictures made it seem closer but not a deal breaker to stay there again. Accommodations were very comfortable and as advertised. Manager responds quickly.

Hidden Gem

Spacious clean and ready to go! Gail was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. We were in town for a baseball tournament so really appreciated the convenient parking available right in front of the first floor unit! Gail provided K-cups and dishwash soap just in case. All the appliances were nice and clean. The location was great! It is close to the local Walmart in case you need anything and also a 5 minute drive to the beach to hang out with friends. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town!

Wonderful Winter Get-Away

This was our 4th year stay with Gail in Gulf Shores....we absolutely love Gail and her place!! It is close to Gulf Shores State Park and we rode our bikes every day! The State Park Pier and Beachis wonderful!There are tons of good places to eat and fun things to do!.The Villa is centrally located so you don't have to drive far to get to where you're going. Love this place!!

Overall experience was very nice, condo was pristine. Very close access to downtown and ocean front. Didn't think we would need the pool, but I was wrong very relaxing after being at the beach! I would definitely stay again.

Grandkids friendly, WiFi, pool, close to Walmart and activities.

Clean and well maintained. No worries or problems. If you have questions you get an answer quickly. Had everything we needed. Having homemade milkshakes each night in the Villa using the Cuisinart made it perfect for our family. Being close to things you could keep some expensives down.

We had a wonderful time staying in this location. We love the location and how close it is to businesses. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood. The other visitors are always so friendly. The condo has everything that is needed for your stay. We look forward to visiting again.
