Paradise awaits at our renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath family-friendly house that has all the comforts of home! Spacious enough for a group of 12, this 1/2 duplex sits directly on the quiet, uncrowded beach of Fort Morgan. Literally step off the deck onto the beach. This home is a true coastal retreat that exudes tranquility with its subdued, soothing colors and decor!

Watch dolphins, listen to music or read a book while enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail from one of the two large, furnished covered decks. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.

Enjoy the clean, appealing, homelike decor, spacious open concept area, with comfortable seating, a 65” TV and a dining area that seats 10 comfortably! The kitchen breakfast bar sits an additional 5 guests. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: abundance of dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and regular), free-standing ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, plates and many small appliances not normally found in rental properties! A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Provided: Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and water toys. For our smallest house guests, we provide a high chair, pack-and-play, safety gate and baby monitor.

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
1 - king size bed in master suite (sleeps 2) with direct access to upper deck and private en suite bath
1 - queen size bedroom (sleeps 2) with direct access to upper deck
1 - queen size bedroom (sleeps 2)
1 - child's room with 2 sets of bunk beds (beds will not accommodate adults or older teens) and one twin trundle (sleeps 5)
Also available is a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room and a pack-n-play for infants/toddlers.

Family memories are made here! This spacious, well-equipped, pleasantly decorated home, in an idyllic setting, is sure to be a return vacation destination for your family. It really is a home away from home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this rental! The beachfront location was fantastic — we highly recommend renting the cabanas for an even more relaxing experience. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One highlight was the outdoor shower, which had warm water and made rinsing off after the beach a breeze. The host was communicative, responsive, and made the whole process smooth. We’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place, perfect for family time especially with little ones. House well equipped for the babies and any cooking you may wish to do. Ice machine was super convenient and a nice addition to the kitchen. Only thing I would say bring extra of is sunscreen:)

Perfect week at Ocean Blue

Everything was perfect for a week with my grandkids (ages 8,13,14,15), daughter and son In law. From having our own private little beach area to the evenings sitting on the deck watching the kids play ball on the beach with the neighbors. I could have stayed forever! So peaceful! The house was perfect and the owner was great to communicate with via email. We will be back.

Our stay at the beach house was amazing! House was very clean. Takes a little time for the air to cool bedrooms up stairs, but overall really nice. The gas grill needs replacing. (Challenge to light) The house is a duplex and neighbors were very friendly. Overall great week!

Our favorite place to relax and escape reality. Beautiful, right on the gulf, and peaceful. Not a lot of beach activity. House is well stocked from the kitchen to beach gear. You wont regret staying here.

Perfect stay for families

This unit is perfect for families. It is directly on the beach so no long hauling toys, kids, food, etc. We have 5 kids (range from 1 to 10) and the convenience cannot be beat. It is roughly 20-25 minutes from major restaurants and grocery stores - a reasonable drive with small kids! The unit itself is incredibly clean, well-stocked, and well cared for. The kitchen/dining/living room is open and spacious (large kitchen island) which worked out beautifully for us. We had a large pack and play in the kitchen area and it was never in the way. We would return in a heartbeat!
