Welcome to the Heron Room at Waterway Lofts, an exciting new high end, low density vacation rental complex located in Gulf Shores’ vibrant new Waterway District. Beautifully appointed, the Heron includes a fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and LVP flooring. A large balcony overlooks the new, bustling entertainment district The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, pots pans, dishes etc. All linens and towels are provided as well. The apartments are a short walk to some of the areas best known restaurants, bars—-Big Beach Brewery, Acme Oyster House, Sloop and of course, Galway Irish Public House. We are also a short drive to The Wharf, Orange Beach’s premier shopping and concert venue.
The Waterway District is emerging as Gulf Shores new downtown. In addition to the many fine eating and drinking establishments, the District hosts numerous music and art shows and borders the Intercostal Waterway. A pedestrian bridge crossing the intercostal is slated for construction in a few months that will connect the District to marinas and restaurants on the north side of the Intercostal. We are just under 2 miles to Gulf Shores main beach.
