    Come see why this 5th Floor Parking Level Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views of the Gulf is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor East corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd bedroom, two Twin over Queen bunks in the 4th bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 16.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



    Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.     Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had the best experience at this location. The place was super clean and had a fresh and new feeling. The rooms were spacious with comfortable linens and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location, the ample and convenient parking along with the easy access to the beach. I will definitely recommend to my friends for future stays.

Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental property, would stay again and recommend. We had to go buy frying pans to use since the ones in kitchen were almost unusable but that didn't ruin our stay. Everyone had a great time and we will be back!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Nice and clean, so convenient being on parking level and the trash shute right there next to the condo. It was spacious and you could not hear your neighbors. The views from the bedrooms were awesome - ocean view from 3 of the 4 rooms. We loved the entire condo. The balcony was AMAZING with plenty of seating. We needed more towels and they were brought up immediately. The condo was VERY well stocked.Now the building - do not go expecting to swim. We went with my parents and 8 teenagers and the pool area was not where it's at. The entire area is perfect for kids 10 and under. If all your kids are older than that, the ocean is the only place for swimming. This is in no way a reflection of the condo itself, just the resort and just the swimming area. I prefer to know these things so I am putting it out there for informational purposes only.

Nice condo and complex. Clean. Easy access to parking. Great security crew. Adult portions of pool is small for the size of building. Would’ve been 5 stars but they add a parking fee of 60 per car for 6 days after promising you an “all in” total from the website. That is really irritating to pay for a 4 bed/4 bath and then have to pay extra just to park 2 cars despite the website claims. A bit of a bait and switch if you ask me. I would rather just pay it all up front.
