Enjoy breathtaking 180 degree ocean views and entertain in the large kitchen that is directly open to the living room and outdoor space. Families and kids will love all of the amenities and toys which include an arcade machine, hammock, cornhole, life-size Connect 4, beach supplies, volleyball, badminton and much more!
The expansive back deck offers breathtaking ocean views, an outdoor dining table for 8, 4 cozy rocking Adirondack chairs, BBQ gas grill with utensils - perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun or simply taking in the beautiful views. With 3 spacious bedrooms all having their own king bed (one bedroom is a ground floor suite), this home comfortably accommodates groups up to 12. Located in the private Cabana Beach community, it’s just a short 2-3 minute walk to the white sands and emerald waters, providing the perfect beach escape for family and friends.
A fully stocked kitchen awaits the culinary enthusiast, equipped with stainless steel top-of-the-line appliances and all the essential tools to create gourmet meals. Enjoy an ice maker and mini fridge drawers to keep beverages cold. Whip up your favorite dishes with ease and gather around the bar, or take your meals alfresco on the spacious and private front porch outdoor balcony, where the soothing ocean breeze and gorgeous views will complement your dining experience.

PARKING
- Parking for 7 cars
- In order to access the private beach we provide 2 guest parking passes. These passes are very expensive & time consuming to replace and we require them to be left at the home for the next guest. There is a $250 fine for lost beach passes.
PETS
- This is a pet friendly property - please consider this if you do not have pets or in case you have allergies.
- We charge a fee of $150 per pet up to a maximum of 2 pets.
- You will need to enter the number of pets to the guest list so that the nightly price can be adjusted accordingly. If you bring a pet without adding them to the guest list then we will assess the pet fee
- Pets must be pre-approved, as we do have a weight limit
Fort Morgan is THE ONLY DOG-FRIENDLY BEACH IN ALL OF GULF SHORES. You and your pet will have ACCESS TO A PRIVATE DOG-FRIENDLY BEACH (2-3 Minute walk)
For your safety, security cameras are placed under the carport and there is a Ring camera.
No parties, smoking or vaping whatsoever on the property.
HOA does not allow guests to use golf carts in the neighborhood.
$150 fine for littering, as the house backs up to protected dunes.
