  • Sandpiper es un complejo de tres pisos de baja densidad. Su singular edificio en forma de V y su pasarela de área común compartida en frente de cada condominio se prestan a un ambiente amigable para conocer a su vecino. Reuniones familiares, grandes grupos de personas que viajan juntas y familias individuales eligen esta propiedad con frecuencia. Reviewer Comments: We've been going to Sandpiper for more years than I can remember and always have a great time. 6C has become our favorite condo on the property. It's well stocked with everything we need. The kitchen update done this year is great. Only bad thing about it is the oven takes 20-30 minutes to preheat. The other update needed is the bed in the main bedroom. The one now is very noisy everytime you move. Everything else is is great, though.

It was very convenient to go shopping and out to eat. There are so many restaurants around to pick from. We went to Toby Keith's restaurant at The Wharf in Orange Beach. It was so good that we went there twice during our stay. It is so beautiful there that i would recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to going back next year!

The entire condo was very nicely decorated. The only problem is that the reclining chairs leg rest would not stay up so that one could recline in them. We were not able to get the music system working for some reason.

Beautiful ocean view and beach access. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment within 5-10 minutes. This was our 2nd annual trip to stay at these units and we definitely will be back!

While it is one of the oldest complexes on the beach, a lot of the units have been remodeled. That being said, a lot of the newer condos are a lot nicer. Sandpiper is a family friendly place and is enjoyable as long as parents make their kids follow the rules. Our children are grown now but they grew up at Sandpiper and we always had them follow the rules. The week was great, a lot of good families, and we enjoyed the beach and grilling time.

Everything is always clean, and the room has everything to make you feel like its a home away from home. Only negative would be to recommend new carpet be installed. Over all , the room/location/beach never ceases to amaze us, and we will definitely be back, as always :)
