The condo

Open living, dining, and kitchen with granite bar seating. Living room faces the harbor and balcony. King bedroom plus a twin guest room (sofa sleeper in the living room for extra guests). Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs. Balcony table for coffee, sunset, and watching boats come in.
The community

Two pools, two hot tubs, grilling area, gazebo, docks, gated entry, covered parking. Quiet Fort Morgan peninsula — not the Hangout strip. Gulf beach access is across Hwy 180 (about a 5-minute walk). Fort Morgan State Historic Site and the Dauphin Island ferry are a few minutes west.

Boaters, inshore and nearshore anglers, families who want water first and crowds last.
Things to know

This is bay / harbor front, not a gulf-front tower. Beach is across the road.
Boat slip is included with the stay. Confirm your vessel length and lift needs before booking.
Trailer parking available in the community (subject to HOA rules).
No parties. This is a quiet gated complex.
You are ~16–18 miles west of downtown Gulf Shores — plan groceries and bait on the way in.

Getting here

Hwy 59 south to Hwy 180 west (Fort Morgan Road) about 18 miles. Navy Cove Harbor is on the right. Gated — lockbox / code sent before arrival.
