Room was very clean and easy access too! The property owner was very nice and easy to get in contact with. My only thing was the hot water heater didn’t last long with hot water at all. But besides that everything was wonderful!

The property was very clean; however it had several damages. The tiling in the bathroom is shattered and missing in places and the shower in the master bathroom did not drain. There was also a broken cabinet in the kitchen. The beds are HORRIBLE! The mattresses are so uncomfortable it was really hard to rest. The location is fantastic, the facility is great, the beach is beautiful, and the pools are excellent. The property just needs repairs and updates, but it is nice and quaint. Great for the price and the owners were very nice and accommodating. I would stay again if the beds were upgraded and the floors were fixed.

Pretty good but could be improved

The unit was spacious and had two bathrooms which was awesoms for the three of us. The beds werent awful, but the master mattress was a little hard but not the worst. The unit had everything which was good and bad. It had more than I expected, which was great! My daughter loved the boogie boards. The downside was there was a lot of clutter. The closets were packed full and so were the cabinets. Like I said, it was good, but it also felt a bit unorganized, and i had a little trouble finding room for my things. The resort was great, especially for kids. My daughter loved both pools. I wish there was a bit more shade at the outdoor pool, but the indoor pool was nice to cool off with our sunburns. The resort was clean and well-maintained, and the beach was clean as well. When we arrived around 7, the room had not been cleaned at all, which was frusterating. However, the owner was reaponsive and made things right, which was good! My biggest complaint is that the place really just needed some good cleaning and upgrades. For example, some tiles were broken, one of the doors would stick and made it hard to open, the window sils were extremely dusty, and stuff like that. With thay being said, the sheets, towels, etc were clean, so it was generally fine, but I think with a good cleaning, organizing, and some upgrades, the place would be very nice! Thank you!!

Pleasant Getaway

Enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend with no hassle from an overcrowded beach. The beach was close enough to the condo you could easily walk to it. Very family friendly atmosphere at the resort and the condo was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 6. The property manager was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this condo rental to anyone hoping for memorable family experience.

Relaxing getaway

Very pleasant. It was clean & quiet. Beach was not crowded. Pool was nice & close enough to anything you wanted but not in the middle of everything! Looking forward to going again in the future!

Great to get what was advertised!! Tonya was absolutely the best, she allowed us early entry which was wonderful because it was cool and windy and the fish were not cooperating. The room was perfect for my wife and I!!

Dirty and dated.

There were still dirty dishes still in the dish washer, and bugs flying around. The bath rugs didn’t appear to be clean, dust bunnies and food rappers under the beds, stuff was just thrown in the cabinets, very messy. The key pad didn’t work properly on the door and we had to replace the batteries in which it only worked a few days. Bathroom tile was busted in several places. Doors falling off hinges when you open them. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Needs a lot of work. Definitely looks like a rental.

Overall Okay

We had a great trip over all. A few issues, the fridge went out but we worked with the owner and was able to get a new fridge. Dishwasher started leaking a few days later . And garbage disposal shut off , but I was able to reset the disposal by the red switch on the bottom. The owner was very responsive to all of our needs . Condo was nice , just think all the appliances need to be replaced . We enjoyed the beach and the pool .

The place was great. There were alot of extension cords as seen in previous comments on here. One piece of advice if your sun shade is something other than a one pole umbrella you can’t put it infront of the chairs they rent out.

Unit 2217

We enjoyed our stay. However, we did have some concerns with the use of so many extension cords to provide use of fans and lights, especially the first bedroom where the cord is wrapped in black electrical tape. I would also suggest the use of hotel locks at the top of the door in the first bedroom, just as a safety measure for parents with children who might discover that door opens to the hallway and they decide not to wait on their parents to go to the beach or pool.

A nice little get away off the beaten path from the main area.

If you are looking to stay a little ways out of the craziness of the main area this the place. A few pools to swim at along with the beach to relax on.
