It was ok. Dated but affordable. Room had a very musty smell. No skillet in the kitchen, so we had to go buy one. For the price, it was decent.

Gorgeous location

Absolutely loved the view of the beautiful grounds and lagoon from our balcony! This condo is conveniently located near the outdoor cooking area as well.

Loved our vaca!

We absolutely loved this property and would stay here again! Everything was as it shows!! It is located at the perfect location to all the restaurants. The room was nice and clean. Loved it!!

Great stay

Everything was clean and as described. Could use a few updates but the price was fair. Short walk across the street to the beach. It was smaller than expected but has everything we needed!

Check-in was exceptionally easy and straightforward. The room, 202C, was clean and beautifully furnished with everything we needed throughout, including the kitchen. The only things I would bring to attention is the locks on the patio doors needs to be worked on and the shower heads could use updating. Everything else was great!

202C is a great condo!

We’ve stayed at GSSRC 3 times and 202C is the best room yet. The condo was stocked with basic needs I’ve never found in any other, anywhere. An abundance of household products, cooking items, spices, etc that you normally have to go buy yourself. We were very satisfied and if we ever choose to come back I’ll definitely try to book 202C!

Good place

Evolve really works for us instead of staying in a hotel for our family. We'd rather have an apartment like this instead. Everything was clean. The pool area could use a bit of money put into it but was still fine. Parking pass has to be paid for in the front office. We would use again.

Our mini vacay

The stay was fabulous! It was very clean!!!!!! Very nicely decorated! Very short, easy walk to beach! Pool was excellent except I overheard owners there complaining about the children. Parking was good (we parked on the side closest to our condo) except for the boats entering and exiting the lagoon (sometimes they would be in the way for a while and the $25.00 charge to park is a little outrageous). Didn’t have to communicate with property manager except for parking pass so I’ll go ahead and give it a 5 star. Overall it was a nice place and would stay again!

Unit needs upgrades

We love GSSRC and have stayed in many units within the complex. This unit has been the biggest disappointment due to its overall uncleanliness and lack of modern upgrades. However, when we did have an issues with the bathtub drain and drier, the manager was very responsive and fixed the issues ASAP.

Perfect for us

My partner and I traveled spring break with our 3 children ages 3,5,&7. It was easy getting to the location. We got there right at 5p so the office was closed which was frustrating because we had to get parking pass and we couldn't find the condo. However, the Evolve customer service was really helpful and the owner called back to assist. Once we were in the condo, the kids went straight to the bunk bed. It was perfect for them in size. The balcony sees right over the pool so that was a plus since we are huge water people. The view was amazing for the sunset. The home looked exactly like photos. I thought it was a little bigger but it didn't matter, we settled in really nice. Overall, it was a great stay, no complaints from us.

Great fam vacay

Ive stayed at gssrc several 4x times with no issues. 202C did not disappoint. The only issue this time and was not the host but the facility. Seems there were alot of young adults/teens which had no respect at the pool. We could not enjoy the pool with grandkids between 7 to 9 pm. Running. Jumping in pool. Stacking loungers and using it as diving boards. Loud and lewd which made if unsettlung sitting on the balcony. Finally 10pm came and peace. There were a few adults but it was a bit late at that point. Not sure where the night mgr was or if there was one. AM mgr great. In talking with other adult guests they resounded our concerns.Again no reflection on host. Would recommend and stay again.

The condo was just as pictured! It was very clean and plenty of space for our family. This is our favorite property in Gulf Shores - beautiful landscaping, views of the water, and amenities. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

The whole thing from set up to payment, check-in, and contacting the owner was so easy! The location was perfect and the pool area and dock was so nice. For being an older facility, it was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful end of summer stay. Cave Springs, AR

Nice little condo

Nice little condo that had everything we needed. Perfectly located on the lagoon side with great beach access just across the road. Easy parking, loved the outside shower on the way back from the beach, a nice pool area and washer/dryer so helpful for those wet swimsuits. On the second floor but still had nice views from the balcony. We had 6 people in our party and this condo can work for 6 but would be better with 5 or less as there is nots really a good place to store bags. Overall a great place to stay.

This was the perfect place for our family. Everything we needed! Super clean, wonderfully decorated. Small touches every where!! The access to the beach was perfect and close! Everything was as we hoped! Thank you!! We will be back!!

The ceiling is falling

There was a water leak in the condo above. We stayed 3 nights and we had water dripping in the bathroom and the ceiling falling in the entire time. The manager visits and constant texting with the manager along with the obvious dampened our stay. There also was no compensation for this problem. Great property besides this inconvenience.

Great place to stay!!

Condo was very nice and clean. We always stay at Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet and this is by far our favorite condo.
