Caribbean 303 welcomes you with its well-appointed Primary suite, featuring a plush King bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. The attached bath adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Additionally, the unit includes cozy Twin hall bunks, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

One of the highlights of this condo is its pet-friendly policy, allowing you to bring your furry friend along for the vacation. There is a $150 non-refundable pet fee for anyone bringing a pet. You must notify our office in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Anyone bringing a pet must adhere to the following rules:
• Pets must be 20 pounds or less.
• One pet is allowed per unit.
• Pets must be on a leash at all times.
• Gulf Shores does not allow pets on the beach.

The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. The private balcony offers a tranquil setting to enjoy the soothing sound of waves and Gulf breezes. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, free WiFi, and a comfortable sofa-sleeper for extra sleeping space.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

3.5 summarizes our stay. The ceilings looked half painted. The other half was either dirt or mold. A pet friendly hotel should state if the beach was pet friendly or no dogs allowed on beach. Consistent barking next door. My contact stated by email that the condo next door was not on their property management. Advised to call security no number given. Gave mailing address of management company for the condo, it was in FL.

It was fine it’s just things in the condo we’re not good like the ceiling looked awful and the couch was kinda not clean and the shower was hard to figure out and when I texted the number for help with a pic I got no response. The parking was ok but the people with parking passes took up all the room especially by the ramp you could get your luggage or anything thru the spaces it was really inconvenient. The outside door and our level was not clean at all the mats were worn and torn and the doors were very very dirty. Not at all like other floors. The grounds were dirty with dog poo and litter other than that the beach was perfect and the people very friendly just wasn’t impressed with the condo. The pic below is of the ceiling that looked messed up

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed staying at 303. The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The only complaint I have is that the bed needs a new mattress immediately!!!!! The single worst bed I have ever laid on. I’m pretty sure my husband and I could count the mattress coils. Everything else was top notch !!!

Parking

Parking was a nightmare. If we left we found there were no authorized spots when we came back. There were several cars there with no parking passes including an apparently homeless person who is living in his car. When we told the property manager that( and sent pictures of the license plates of the cars without passes) they just suggested that we find alternative parking elsewhere. Unacceptable. A system of monitoring the parking situation needs to be developed.

Fun in the sun trip

The view was fantastic. The condo was very clean. I feel like the place needed a good paint job to it and couch needs to be replaced. The ice maker didn't work. It was over all good trip. I would stay here again. Thanks

The elevator broke down twice so we had to use the stairs to bring groceries up and take all our luggage to the car when we left. Stairwell was hot and dirty. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags on the bathroom side. The balcony furniture cushions need to be replaced they are flat and filthy. The balcony needs to be cleaned. Looks like someone spilled something and floor was stained. The glass in the outdoor table fell out and we were lucky it didn’t shatter. The couch is wore out. Sags and is uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced. No curtain on bedroom window with bright light shining through the blinds at all hours. Not enough parking and overflow lot across the streets has no lights. Not enough beach area for the amount of condos in the building.

Old fashion hospitality during Modern day chaos.

My experience at the Caribbean through Virgo was excellent. They were very courteous and the check in check out most convenient. The place was very nice and affordable. They were very considerate to check on you during your stay and very opened for suggestions.Extremely polite!

Needs updated and some repairs to the condo

The main bathroom needs a shower curtain rod it was completely rusted the toilet paper holder is coming off the wall there was mildew at the shower knob the toilets wasn’t cleaned inside the rim of the toilet. I will send you some pictures that I have taken.

Quick getaway

We absolutely loved the condo and plan to return soon. Beach access is easy and you here almost no sound from other tenants ! Only complaint is I wish the pool gates had number code access instead of an actual key. We were too scared to lose it so we didn't use the pools.

Nice condo with a nice beach view.

We enjoyed staying in this condo. This condo has easy access to the beach. The weather wasn't that great during our stay so we took advantage of the warm indoor pool. Grateful for that. As for location, it's just outside of the crowdy areas of Gulf Shores which we liked.

Great Stay!

We had a great time! Property was exactly as expected. Only two hiccups, elevator broke down so we had to lug all our things up the stairs. Definitely got a workout in. But, building maintenance got it up & running by that evening. Second one, the window in the bedroom lets in lots of light at night. Fortunately, I had read all the reviews and was prepared to hang up a curtain on a cheap tension rod I brought with so no problem. Also, I was prepared to bring our own dish soap & towels from reviews. This is right on the beach, beautiful view, very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
