Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, approximately .7 miles from Highway 59, this two-bedroom condo is within walking distance of several area restaurants, shopping, and more. With just a short walk across the street to its deeded beach access, feel whisked away while you stay in paradise.

The complex allows up to two vehicles. Park under the condo in designated, covered parking and walk up one flight to the first floor. As you walk in, you will see the kitchen with the dining area and living area straight from it. The living area has a sleeper sofa, television, and balcony access. Enjoy views of the two outdoor pools from the balcony, as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets!

To the right are both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and television. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and easy to access many places to eat and shop. The pool was refreshing, clean and quiet.

Very close to everything! easy to get to the beach. It was very tidy but didnt look like it had been dusted in a while. Kitchen light over table would not cut off luckily husband is handy and purchased a pull light switch and fixed the issue. Would not reccomend if you have allergies. I gave the bedroom a quick wipe down to save husbands allergies from going to crazy but overall it was a great stay . Pools were clean and kept up as well

Value property

We were thankful to find a place to stay for two nights in our price range. It was relatively clean- the ceiling fans and light fixtures were dirty, but the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The condo just needs to be updated- the furniture wasn’t in the best condition, there was water damage on the walls and chipping paint. But we were glad to have pool access and deeded beach access. Parking was easy. The location was close to shops and restaurants, which was great.

Get away

Condo was very comfortable and so well stocked with everything you needed. Perfectly close to the beach. It was very quiet and as a solo older traveler I never felt unsafe. My only complaint is due to needing to cancel a month they raised the rate for the other month. I made the change well with in the allowed time.

NO WORKING FRIDGE!

When we arrived there was a 6' fishing cooler filled with ice bags...I thought the last visitor left it and called the main Vacasa phone number. The first thing she asked me was if the fridge was cold....NO it wasn't! I had groceries and medication that needs to be cold and all I had was a cooler with ice bags! I told here I would be gone the whole next day at a baseball tournement and they could come in and fix it....nope, never fixed. We 're wives a mini fridge the next day and that was it! Not the easiest way to freeze ice packs for full day baseball tournaments! Very disappointed in the response times and options! Especially for a main appliance!!! Not a good impression for our first rental experience!

Lovely condo

The condo was lovely. It was the perfect size for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. We really appreciated the two full baths. The kitchen was well equipped: keurig, crockpot, mixer, toaster, and more. The condo also had a dishwasher and washer & dryer. Just a short walk to the beach, the complex also has two pools: one for adults only & another for families. We had really enjoyed staying in this condo!

Very uncomfortable beds.

The place was pretty nice but the fridge was still full of food from the last people there and the beds were the most uncomfortable beds we've ever slept on. Nobody slept got much sleep. Get some memory foam in there or something and I'd have given it five stars without hesitation.

Best stay ever

My family and I came down and the listing was very accurate and the condo was so clean. It was a short 3 minute to the beach and was super easy to find. You could see the ocean from the balcony and it was very cozy and enough room for everyone.
