The breathtaking views from the balcony include the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the water. This condo features a queen bed in the primary bedroom, berth bunks for the kids in the hallway, and also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The shared amenities include a Gulf-front swimming pool, a place to barbecue, and a location convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful place to stay & will stay again! Clean!!!! Just Beautiful view and great place! Highly recommend. The only complaint is our refrigerator kept leaking and we had to continually mop it up. Called and reported it and was told they would fix it. Never saw anyone so we had to use our towels and mop, continually.

Beware: Avari, the management company for this condo, was a nightmare to deal with from beginning to end. There was a problem with their system so they could not verify my ID. I offered to send it via email, but they just kept insisting that I try again - all the way up until about 2 hours before I arrived at the condo. I was very concerned we would arrive and not be allowed to check in. (This debacle took place over the course of one week). I never did get my ID confirmed. Then, there was a mandatory evacuation order because of a hurricane. Our friends who were with us at this same building and booked with Avari through a different platform, were given a FULL refund two days after check-out with very little effort. We, however, spent almost a week trying to get SOME of our money back. It felt like we were dealing with a chatbot every time we tried to plead our case using the platform's message portal, They did not respond to some of my questions. We did finally get less than half back. I asked multiple times for an explanation for this double treatment but was given no explanation. The refund was a decision by Avari and not the platform. I will say the condo itself was nice. No problems there. But I would NOT book anything with AVARI again. There are lots of better options. Read the fine print!

Loved this condo! The pull out couch was updated from a previous review and it was nice and comfortable. The space was clean upon arrival. The utensils were well stocked minus a baking sheet but we purchased one and left for the next guest. Highly recommend this condo

Amazing views

If you are looking to stay directly on the beach this is your place. We will definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. We were directly on the beach with beautiful ocean views and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We stayed for a week and cried when we had to leave.

Relaxing holiday stay

The condo was roomy, convenient, and clean. Everything was in good working order. The view is amazing. We had a nice relaxing stay for the holiday week. We will definitely stay again.

Great location. Easy access. Clean comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrells, there is a service on site Suncoast beach service. Just have a seat and a employee will get you taken cate of and can pay fees right there. Very convenient and reasonably priced. Would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

Great location

Adequate for a small family or two adults, great location, outdoor pool clean, easy beach access. While bunk beds are present, they really need built-in guardrails to ensure safety if small children are staying in them.

Wonderful vacation!

Great condo. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Bed was very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony each morning and watching the dolphins!
