Beautiful Home with Direct Beach Access

  • Directamente en el acceso a la playa 13th St., pasos de la playa. ¡No caminar por el camino de la playa, sino más bien una caminata de 30 segundos y estás en la playa! La conveniencia de esta ubicación no se puede enfatizar lo suficiente. Además, hay un enjuague con agua fresca en el acceso a la playa. Casa tiene una gran piscina salina hermosa 21x38 pies. La piscina está en el centro de nuestro complejo de 5 unidades.

    La casa tiene cinco habitaciones. Hay cuatro dormitorios grandes: 3 arriba, uno abajo y un dormitorio abierto adicional en el segundo piso (excelente lugar para los niños o un quinto dormitorio; tiene dos juegos de literas con capacidad para 5). En la planta baja tiene un hermoso rey y arriba tiene un dormitorio principal con cama king. Hay una televisión en cada habitación con un reproductor de DVD. Las otras dos habitaciones son una reina y una con dos dobles. Además, un sofá cama en la sala de estar. El balcón del dormitorio principal tiene vista al golfo. Mire a los niños en la piscina desde su balcón. Las habitaciones traseras tienen balcones y vistas a la laguna. Baldosas de cerámica. Luminoso y amplio salón con TV LCD en la sala de estar. Cocina bien equipada y zona de comedor con mesa grande. Asientos 16.
    Gran ducha exterior caliente y fría (¡actúa como una cuarta ducha!) . Excelente área en la planta baja para asar en la parrilla privada, jugar al hoyo de maíz o simplemente pasar el rato en la mesa de picnic a la sombra con una brisa. Gran área de almacenamiento en la planta baja para equipo de playa. Ofrecemos 6 sillas de playa, una sombrilla y un carrito en el área de almacenamiento.

    WiFi dedicado y actualizado gratis.

    Si tiene niños pequeños o está buscando un entorno de playa diferente, hay una fantástica playa de laguna justo al oeste (ver imagen).

    Le encantará la ubicación lo suficientemente cerca de la ciudad (la ruta 59 está a solo dos millas de distancia) pero lejos de todos los edificios. Esta es un área agradable de baja densidad. No tienes que arrastrarte entre dos grandes edificios para llegar a la playa. ¡Esto es lo más cerca posible de estar en la playa con vistas! - alrededor de la mitad del precio.

We had a great time this was the perfect family house. Great location and the pool and splash pad for the kids was great. Host was very helpful and great with communication. Would highly recommend we would love to go back!

The stay was great! There had been a storm and the internet had been knocked out and the host notified me before I had even gotten there. The host was very prompt with any questions. The place was fabulous for our entire family. The kids loved the pool. We had a great time! Thanks Craig for everything! It was a pleasure dealing with you

Fabulous stay!

There's nothing not to LOVE about this property and its location. There was ample space for our group of 13 and the location is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked above and beyond, SO many beach toys, outdoor shower, very nice pool, and great area to explore. We hope to return!

Fantastic house

Great location, perfect size, 8 adults, 8 children (3-7), Enough beds, open concept kitchen, dining and living space. Each bedroom had a balcony and were used a lot. Nice shaded area with a picnic table and outside shower was used daily

Great stay

We had a great stay at this location. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is just across the road. Condo was clean and well kept up. The kitchen is very well stocked! The shared pool was great! Lots of beach stuff in the storage room.

Perfect location!!

Very spacious house that was less than a minute from the beach! The pool was right outside the house! Very good beds!!! We had a blast!!!

Family Vacation

Perfect spot. Ages 3 months to 70 . 13 of us. Plenty of room. Walking distance to beach. Enjoyed the pool also. Great family time.

Family of 14, with 3 under 3, had a great time!

Everything was excellent, the space, the cleanliness, the LOCATION, the comfort. Two, very minor things to note - a few of the beach materials in the closet were in near-unusable shape - particularly the umbrellas and wagons. Also, the pictures show rugs in each room, but they are not there any longer.

Came into the house and it was quite dirty. We hadn’t gone to the beach so we weren’t covered in sand yet couldn’t not wear socks because sand was all over our feet inside the house.

Beach?

We enjoyed ourselves BUT I was under the impression we would be able to see the beach so that was disappointing...sure if you stand on the balcony and tilt your head to the right to look between 2 buildings you could kinda see the beach Not good for people that have a hard time with stairs ... lesson now learned

Perfect location for the beach

The house is directly across the road from the beach access and we never had trouble finding our own area to spread out in. ( We had 10 people) The pool was perfect to wind down in after a day at the beach. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. Our only concern was there is no door in the “bunk room”. All in all it was the perfect house for us

Need to update the beach supplies. Chairs were moldy, and broke along with the beach umbrella and pop-up tent. We did not bring extra beach gear because it was stated that it was provided. Doors do not shut completely and we were short on sheets for the bunk beds. We did enjoy our time at the property and the location was fantastic.

Great Location with direct Beach Access

We stayed in Unit 6 in this quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit very clean and well kept. Highly Recommend. Host was prompt with questions we had and responded almost immediately. We were here in start of November 2023. Would have liked to had a heated pool. It was a little bit nippy. 😂 Thank you

Space and Location Good

Condo good size for large group. We had three couples and easily could have held 4 kids. Floors could have been better swept and towels and sheets older with stains, but overall fine for our needs. As older couples, we like to sit on patio with our coffee in mornings, patio furniture inadequate for that purpose. Location to beach very close and made it in and out to shrimp festival with ease. Storage while we did not use, had toys, chairs, wagons and great parking under condo. All other renter were very friendly. Pool ok but weather to cold for use. Would recommend for younger couples with kids for easy access to beach. Just need updates to sheets, towels and outdoor furniture.

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect! We had 17 girls and everyone had a place to sleep! The location was perfect along with the pool! The whole booking process was easy and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I know we will definitely be back!
