Summary:

A brand-new three-bedroom apartment for families and groups of up to eight, with a bathroom for every bedroom plus one more. Cook together in the state-of-the-art quartz marble island kitchen, then relax with a Smart TV in every room and underfloor heating throughout. Self check-in and free parking for up to three cars. Teenagers or a second couple get the whole top floor, with its own kitchenette. Just off the A3 in Burpham, ten minutes from Guildford and the Surrey Hills.

Cooking and eating together

The kitchen is state of the art: a quartz marble island with an induction hob, double ovens, an American-style fridge freezer with ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher and seating for six. Tea, coffee and kitchen basics are ready when you arrive.



Relaxing

A big corner sofa and a second sofa in the living room, a Smart TV in every room including the kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and underfloor heating with a thermostat in each room. Outside the front door there is a terrace with a table and chairs.



For longer holidays

A washing machine and tumble dryer by the kitchen, a washer-dryer on the top floor, and plenty of wardrobe space. Every bed has hotel-quality linen, with fresh towels and toiletries provided.



Arriving

Self check-in with a keypad code, any time between 4pm and 9pm. No keys to collect.



Good to know

The apartment sits above a small parade of shops on London Road. It is reached by an outside staircase and has internal stairs to the top floor, so it will not suit anyone who cannot manage steps. Being on a main road, you may hear some traffic and the odd early-morning bin collection.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours. Self check-in by keypad from 4pm (arrivals by 9pm please), check-out by 11am. We send directions and your door code before you arrive.



Parking is free for up to three cars: we arrange a permit for the car park right in front of the building (just send us each car's make, colour and registration), and there are three more spaces on a first-come, first-served basis.



The Neighborhood:

Burpham is a friendly suburb on the north-east edge of Guildford. Downstairs on the parade there is a bakery, restaurants including the Rajdoot Indian next door, and a COOK shop for easy family meals, with Sainsbury's and Aldi a few minutes' drive away.



Days out: Guildford town centre is about ten minutes by car, with the castle and its gardens, the cobbled High Street and river trips on the Wey. RHS Garden Wisley is about 20 minutes away, the Surrey Hills walks at Newlands Corner and Merrow Downs are a short drive, and Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park are both around half an hour by car.



Getting Around:

By car: the A3 is a couple of minutes away, for London, the M25, Heathrow (about 40 minutes) and the south coast. Free parking for up to three cars.



By train: London Road (Guildford) station is about 1.5 miles away. Guildford's main station, with fast trains to London Waterloo in around 35 to 40 minutes, is 10 to 15 minutes by car or taxi.



By bus: buses into Guildford town centre run along London Road.

The apartment is set up with three king-size beds as standard. If you need the sofa bed for a seventh and eighth guest, please let us know when you book. There is a £30 linen and preparation charge, and we cannot guarantee last-minute requests.



Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm. Our team is available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and helps with check-in until 9pm. Check-in closes at 9pm and there are no late check-ins. For a genuine emergency during your stay, use the emergency number in your check-in details at any time; after 9pm, leave a voicemail and it reaches our team straight away.



ID check and deposit: after booking, the lead guest completes a short ID check and deposit step with our partner SafeGuest. You choose either a Damage Deposit of £400 (your card is saved and nothing is taken up front; it can only be charged for a claim SafeGuest approves after check-out) or SafeGuest's No Deposit fee of £45 (a one-off fee paid to SafeGuest). If you can't use the photo ID check, message us and we'll arrange a short video call instead. Please don't send ID documents by email.
