"This cabin has gorgeous views and is well stocked (games, books, cards, pool table, hot tub, fire pit, plenty of kitchen supplies). Deer come right up to the deck each morning and night. I am not sure why others have made comments in their review about the cabin needing improvements. I disagree. It’s a cabin in the mountains. You should not expect this to be the equivalent of a penthouse suite in a downtown hotel. It’s an amazing mountain cabin. Any questions we had, Conrad was quick to answer....

"We stayed 4 nights, was very well equipped and super clean. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the deer, turkey and hummingbirds. Close to the Pike Forest and Cripple Creek to the south.Highly recommend it!"

"My family, including our dog, had a wonderful time in this charming country cabin. It was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The peaceful and quiet setting provided the perfect escape from everyday life. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and added an extra touch of relaxation. Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat."

"We loved staying at this property! When we drove up, we were in awe of the scenery. You can look right off the back deck onto a spectacular scenery of mountains! It was breathtaking. The cabin is super cute. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. The cool mountain air was very comfortable. The bed was comfy and clean. And, the shower had good water pressure making for a satisfying shower. The kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we needed. We cooked a lot of meals here and...

"We had an absolute blast staying in Ron and Sue's cabin -- they were most helpful with the check-in and other tips.The location itself is just terrific: so peaceful, quiet, lovely view of Pike's peak.The cabin was most wonderful -- airy, bright, stocked with games and stuff for the kids, and just an ideal place to disconnect and recharge. "The view was ieven better in person.This is a very cozy feeling cabin that is wel stocked for cooking and grilling your meals, which we prefer to do. The location is a very private feeling in the moutain even though u have neighbors near by. At night time the star gazing is amazing since there r no street lights it's pitch black at night. The host is very responsive. I would definitely rent again. We stayed for 7 nights the only drawback I had was no washer/dryer. John and Vikki from Louisville,...

"Super cute, modern condo in the perfect downtown Salida downtown. The condo was great for my daughter and I. It is right next to the Boat House restaurant and walkable to everything which is what we were after. We only stayed one night but it seemed to be well equipped. There was a little noise from people outside in the evening which may be an issue for some so this might not be the right location for everyone. I appreciated the updated styling of the room and it was nice and bright. "
