Disappointing Experience with Poor Service and The staff provided horrible customer service, which affected my overall experience. Drinks Quality The alcoholic drinks tasted poor, not up to expectations. I paid extra for premium drinks, but the experience didn’t reflect the upgrade. I had to go to a different hotel to access drinks, which was inconvenient and frustrating. The pool was dirty, which was off-putting and unsafe.

You don’t get not even close for what you pay. So over priced for what you get . The worse was , I made reservations and they confirmed it but when I got to the place I had to pay 580us extra. So many other scam they got going on there but I’m not going to get in to it .. all you gotta know the place sucks for the money I paid and when you get there you don’t get all the amenities they promised it felt like a scam

This is far away from a 5 stars hotel. The food is between poor and ok range. The room was decent in space and cleaning with a view to the ocean. The location and the view of the many areas of the property are beautiful. It has potential but it needs a urgently renovation just one pool available, the beach area was great I think that was the only thing we like there. Also needs an upgrade in all food and beverages offered. They run out of many liquors and they used cheap alcohol to make the drinks. They have coffee machines is a good thing there. The staff was kind and super attentive they do a really good job but I wouldn't come back.

The hotel was nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. The beach was beautiful, the bartenders were kind. Checking in was awful. I was given the wrong room number TWICE by the front desk, and getting it corrected was an ordeal. I had to walk back and forth in 94 degree weather trying to figure out where I was suppose to be -- and nobody could get in agreement. The manager, Victor, was more concerned with blaming me for the misunderstandings than he was correcting them. To make it worse, when they finally figured out what room I was suppose to be in, my room key didn't work because it was configured for another room. When I went to tell them my key didn't work, they didn't believe me and went to check for themselves only to discover that .... surprise.... it didn't work. I overheard other guests on a few occasions complain that their room key also didn't work. Administrative issues aside, not a bad stay.
