I would stay at Saem again. The hotel is immaculate. They put great care into maintaining the whole property. Pool is also very well maintained. Beds were so comfortable and showers were hot with excellent water pressure. The first night, our AC had issues and they were very responsive and fixed it quickly. Staff were all so hospitable and welcoming. Excellent experience

Awesome little hotel with a personal touch by the staff members. Pool area is beautiful, Spa was excellent value and quality of treatments was as good as ever have ever had elsewhere. We had the private pool villa, worth the upgrade as the villa is huge and the pool is a great touch with cooler water to refresh in than say, the main pool. Breakfast was very good with all options covered well and the staff are so attentive. The cocktail bar at the pool was really good quality. June made the best cocktails we had in Siem Reap and was so helpful throughout our stay. One of the best 5 star hotels I’ve had the pleasure of visiting and in my opinion, much better than the bigger chains as the personal touch from the staff made our trip so special.

The hotel is very well maintained with helpful staff. I think we got a five star comfort at three star pricing. The reception staff were kind and helpful. Wish to mention particularly the cheerful and helpful nature of Ms. Theavy.
