"Terrible hotel, it was dirty, there were dead rats on the street outside and the area was not good. We had 2 rooms which were absolutely boiling hot, obviously we know it is summer, but we couldn’t get the windows to open and obviously no aircon. We had 1 measly fan between 2 rooms and 8 people. ..."
