"It’s a really nice hotel with good service. The problem we had was accessing with a baby buggy. For both entrances they are not exactly barrier free. The main entrance has stairs or forces you to walk on the road with cars, the second rear entrance has a lot of stairs and you basically have to carry the buggy up this flight of stairs. They need to reform these aspects of the hotel. "

"Clean and spacious room, we booked the harbor view room and the view was spectacular; polite and helpful consiege helped us carry luggage. The hotel also has a self-service free laundry room."

"Friendly staffs, accommodating and welcoming. Pleasant stays for these period. Location is ideal for short term staycay. Cater pressure at bath were superb and wonderful. Only setback was the bed was not stable and shaky whenever either of us got out of the bed. The rest were ok."

From thoughtful gestures, to always being helpful, the staff really made our stay a wonderful experience. We stayed in a 1br Suite- House of Astor. It was quite spacious and comfortable for the duration of our trip. I must commend the staff again, the experience was quite incredible. "
