Modern & spacious apartment located along the Thames River! Enjoy a beautiful sunset from you private walkout terrace. Eastern CT offers robust historical offerings, including Olde Mistick Village, Mystic Seaport & Mystic Aquarium. Short walk to the U.S.S. Nautical Museum. Minutes to Stonington Borough and Rhode Island Beaches, including Watch Hill (Taylor Swift’s Oceanside Mansion) & Miscuamicut! Uber to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Resort Casino. This beautiful, convenient location offers it all!
Good to know
One level apartment. One private bedroom, sleeps (4). Living room sleeps (2). Pets allowed. No smoking of ANY KIND (includes vaping) inside the home. Host will charge a fine of $500 for non-compliance, plus additional cleaning fees. Smoking outside is acceptable. Please be respectful of grounds.
Other Details to Note
Transparency & respect of our home is expected when visiting. Please communicate your wants/needs prior to ensure our home is a good fit for you and your guests. Our top priority is your comfort. Strict enforcement on unit occupancy, (4) people maximum. No loud parties. (2) vehicles maximum. Pets allowed. Amount, type, breed and size restrictions apply. All pets, additional occupants (4+), or additional vehicles will be considered BUT should be approved in advance. $250 refundable damages deposit (less any damages) collected prior to check-in. Standard Fees: $100 cleaning fee/stay $100 additional guest fee/stay $100 additional vehicle fee/stay $175 pet fee per/stay Standard fees may be adjusted for shorter or longer stays. Please inquire with host with questions prior to booking. Non-Compliance Fees: $500 fee for excessive noise and/or unapproved guests $500 fee for interior smoking violations (includes vaping) $250 fee for exterior trash or smoking debris $250 fee for unapproved pet/per pet In addition, any violations may result in removal from property and non-refund of any unused reservation nights. Damage charges list will be provided in Guest Guide and in unit.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. We love it and we definitely will consider staying there again. The owner is awesome. He was onsite during our stay. He is very friendly and extremely helpful. The views from the property are amazing. Every day has different views and we never tired of them.

What a beautiful house with the most amazing view. We enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely return again. Very clean, very comfortable and a perfect location. I would highly recommend this lovely slice of heaven on the Thames River to anyone!

Property location was amazing! The patio was comfortably furnished to enjoy being on the river and watching boats and sunsets. The host made us feel like friends. The condo was as nice as the photos and the kitchen was truly set up for cooking if you like! We will stay there again!

This apartment was on the ground floor and easily assessable with my husband's portable wheelchair ramp. There is a bed next to the bathroom for easy access. I did bring a portable toilet chair, and it fit very well. It was very quiet and peaceful looking out at the river and watching the tugboats and submarines go by. While we were there, they were working on the driveway, but it didn't cause us any difficulty. We will definitely stay there again when we visit the area.

One word to sum up this place AMAZING! The location was perfect! You’re close to everything including great food places. It was so nice to have coffee on the patio and watch the Coast Guard practice sailing. Lastly, the sunsets were SPECTACULAR!

Fabulous location - clean and comfy!

We had tickets to see Rod Stewart at Mohican Sun. All of the hotels were booked and over $1000 a night. I found this place and it was perfect! Clean comfortable and in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend!

Perfect spot

My family spent four nights here over the weekend my son repirted in for swab summer at the Coast Guard Academy. Having zero familiarity with CT (we're from Detroit) we were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival with the location right on the river with spectacular views and with the amazing updated condition of the rental itself. The value is incredible. We even got to see a sub going by. George is an awesome owner and made us feel so welcome. It was the perfect place to spend our last few days of family time before our son started his journey at the Academy and it will forever be part of our memory of this very special time.

Perfect getaway

The host, George lives on site and was very friendly and helpful without imposing. The rental had more than enough space and beds as there was just the two of us. The first day we saw a submarine go by and later a train, Beautiful sunsets

Most favorite

Peaceful environment, beautiful views, comfort galore. The property lights at night time were a pleasant surprise. Just a few "oh,nooo" comments: laundry was left in the dryer and the washer had some gunk on the inside - the rubber seal when you open it. The dishwasher had spots of mildew in the utensils spot. The wall hook for the curtain in the bedroom broke on the first night - it was barely in the wall. The Keurig was a bonus, 2 touchlanmps in the bedroom with charging ports, large comfy sofa, magnificent views 24 hours a day. The pros outweighed the cons tenfold. The few negatives were only listed because it wasn't expected with the amount of money we paid.

Lovely View

Location was great for our travels to Mystic and to Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun. Views were great as we saw sailboats and others enjoying the water. It was a bit chilly for the time of year to enjoy the patio amd grill. Plenty of space and beds were comfortable. Hope to return during warmer weather.
