End of 2013 as a holiday home and fully furnished, with sea views in southern exposure, we offer a wellness oasis in which you leave your everyday life behind!
In the open kitchen there is a dining counter, for 6 persons, as well as a dining table for 4 persons.
A cozy sitting area with flat TV / DVD player and music system in the living area.
Through 3 patio doors you have unobstructed views of the landscape conservation area opposite.
A beautiful bedroom with comfort beds (extra high) and ceiling fan can be found in the basement, as well as bathroom with shower and a utility room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner.
Upstairs there is a smaller bathroom with shower and two bedrooms.
A large bedroom with double beds in the length of 2.20 meters (here, the slightly taller people sleep comfortably), ceiling fan and flat TV, another bedroom with two single beds in a generous 1.40 meters wide.
The windows of the 3 bedrooms have an insect screen.
A new garden sauna with 6 seats or 3 berths, right next to the covered terrace (sauna overlooking the canal in the landscape conservation area, 2 sauna towels available) is available at a rent of 9 € / 3.5 hours. Operation via a slot machine.

From 3 nights the final cleaning for Annis Huus is included in the rental price.

Terrace, garden, and dock area are accessible only through the house or the tool shed, so your dog can move freely.

The wooden terrace with a solid outdoor grill invites you to barbecue with sea views and the covered terrace facing south (sunny side) guarantees cozy evenings and beautiful sunsets by candlelight!
From wind and rain, you can protect yourself on the terrace, which is equipped with transparent weather protection tarpaulins. Thus, it is possible to sit outside even in bad weather!
6 garden chairs with cushions and 2 wheelchairs are available for you.
You will come down the stairs, just a few steps down, from the terrace down to the large landing stage. Here you can fish 15 meters in length, lie in the sun, sit comfortably on the garden bench or go swimming,
enjoy the great view and the cozy evening atmosphere.
From the jetty on the opposite side of the canal is the nature reserve, charming environment, suitable for allergy sufferers, pure nature!
