"Es hat alles super gepasst! Die Räume sind ausreichend groß dimensioniert und es gibt sogar ausreichend Wasserdruck und warmes Wasser in der Dusche, das ist in anderen Hotels immer ein großer Kritikpunkt von mir. Das Einzige, was ich etwas seltsam fand, ist die Montagehöhe der Toilette. :-D Also wenn jemand über 1,8 m groß ist, hat er beinahe seine Knie im Gesicht wenn er auf dem WC Platz nimmt. Aber das ist meiner Meinung nach zu wenig um bei der Sternebewertung einen Stern abzuziehen."

"Perfect location with tram stop right outside the entrance. Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Great coffee and a nice breakfast offering."

"Duvet had a stain. Room facilities on Expedia states bathrobes but there is actually a charge for these. The bathroom door slides and did not close properly leaving a huge gap. I was sharing with two friends and it made it difficult coming in and out of room if someone was in bathroom as could see in from the corridor of the hotel. Had to ask for tea & coffee and extra mug as only 2 mugs, one teabag and no coffee in a triple room. These were replenished to a better amount when room was cleaned...

"My junior king suite with a balcony overlooking the city was false promotion. There were two small, narrow platforms that were more like gangplanks with a view of the building across the street. No room for having breakfast outside and even if there was it wouldn’t have been at all nice."

"In spite it is not a very centric hotel, it has public transport to the center at 5', and the trip is not more than 15', so it is good value for money if you don't want to spend all yourbudget in the accomodation. The staff if really kind and they helped us with everything. The breakfast buffet good and complete."

"チェックインもチェックアウトもWebで行い、効率化が進んでいる。ウィーン中央駅から近く、便利。スタッフの対応は、臨機応変に素早く対応していてストレスがないです。 ホテルの部屋はキレイで、ベッドの寝心地はとても良かったです。周りの音も響かず静かです。アメニティは最小限に抑えてあるので、シャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、ボディーローションとヘアドライヤーのみ。歯磨きセットはありません。 部屋ははそんなに広くないので、部屋でくつろぐというよりは観光で使用なら最適です。"
