"Ventilatoren på badeværelset virkede ikke. Vi gjorde opmærksom på det flere gange, men i løbet af vores tre overnatninger, blev det aldrig repareret. Værelset var derfor meget fugtigt. Derudover skruede vi helt op for aircondition, som bestemt ikke udluftede eller kølede rummet tilfredsstillende ..."

"Vi bestilte et ophold på Marriott Hamborg bl.a. fordi der var pool. Vi havde mellemstore børn med, og der var hedebølge over Hamborg, så poolen var vigtig for dem. Ved ankomst konstaterede vi, at poolen var lukket og spærret af, muligvis under ombygning. Vores værelse lå ud til en baggård, hvor håndværkere ..."
