"Stayed at this cabin with my wife and 5 year old daughter for our summer vacation. This was our second trip to Lake Nahwatzel and some how was even better than the first! The cabin is perfect! "My family was very happy with our stay at the Elk House. I understand why this location has such high reviews. The home was spotlessly clean, comfortable, attractive, and was in a quiet, relaxing location. "A pleasant surprise to find the accommodation was actually as nice as the photos (which is sadly rare in a lot of holiday homes). Very clean, nice, and comfortable, And roomier than expected. "Cute little cabin, with everything you need for a few nights. Quick walk to lake, with dock. Kids had a great time on the lake in kayaks and paddleboards. Great for fishing bass. The restaurant was not open while we were there, so can't comment on the food. We made all our meals."
