The fully equipped kitchen (with a table for 6) opens onto the terrace, which includes a dining table for 10 guests.

The house is built on multiple levels, with steps connecting the different areas. Alternative paths are available; however, the property may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Air Conditioning
The master bedroom is equipped with a split air-conditioning unit.
Starting June 2026, five additional bedrooms will have portable air-conditioning units.
Rooms located on the lower level naturally remain cooler thanks to traditional shutters.
