"You cannot beat the location of this property, right in the middle of town and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the waterfront! David makes the check-in and check-out process very easy. We will be back!"

"We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again."

"We loved the cuteness of this tiny cabin. Two things stood out to us. Having the new memory foam mattresses; using slats rather than a full sheet of plywood can be uncomfortable. Also, the TV is the size of a large laptop computer and my iPhone would t scan the QR code from the bed. Each time we wanted to sign in to our apps you need to get closer to the TV. Two minor things, that would make a huge difference. So friendly at check in and while at the campground store. They had great...

"I got this for my family to visit and I'm so happy that I did. The interior is just precious if you love beautiful, old wooden flooring and it has EVERYTHING you could ever need for an entire group. House was perfectly clean and stocked with everything that the description listed. Has great parking for 4 vehicles. It's so much more reasonable than 4 hotel rooms. For once, I made my entire family happy with something because everyone wants to drive their own cars and do their own thing. Will...
