"The place was comfortable and quiet with plenty of space to move around. The location was walkable to an excellent restaurant nearby and not far to the waterfront. New Bern is about a 40 min drive to Oriental, which is a charming small town on the Neuse River. "

"This is the perfect location for a downtown New Bern visit! Highly recommend this condo. Very spacious layout with 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the unit. Would be a perfect 2 couples or a family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. David was very easy to ask questions and was prompt in his reply. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. There was some outside noise after midnight, since it’s located near restaurants....

"My son and I came to visit my daughter, and we enjoyed the hospitality. The house was beautiful, spacious and mostly clean. I noticed a few cobwebs and the coffee grinder was still dirty, however the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. A couple of things the host doesn’t provide is a colander, pizza cutter, ice cream scooper, no oven mitts, and there was only one baking sheet as well. I would recommend this host to others and possibly keep this host in mind for another visit. The air...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The cottage is well prepared for guest and their fur babies (if you have them). There was coffee in the kitchen (keurig), shampoo, bodywash, etc in the both bathrooms. Dog bowls/toys/treats! The backyard is huge which our pup loved! We were there for father's day and because there wasn't another reservation after us that day, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (per the host recommendation).
