"Apartment: The apartment needs some attention to things that are loose around, and it felt expensive for the true quality of room. The fold out bed in the couch is not very comfortable, you can feel the springs on your back as you lay down. Main bed is fine. That being said, the apartment was clean and organized when we arrived. Noise: The walls are very thin. We had some very noisy neighbors right behind the bedroom side waking us up at night, as well as a loud garbage truck in the morning....

"The rooms were cute, clean and comfortable! The property itself was also Clean and overall a good experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and attentive. My Complaints: the extra $100 a day ontop of what it already costs to stay there, for “resort fees” and parking, it’s quite pricey. And $50/night forced valet parking isn’t ideal. The pool & beach closes at 8 & towels were not always available everyday, so that was slightly annoying for the cost. The baleen kitchens food is subpar and...

"We liked and enjoyed our stay. It was heavy on resort fees ($49/day) and a 20% service was added to every drink/food bill but this was not a tip. Maybe this is more of a “Miami” thing and not specific to the resort. All of the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. From the valet, front desk, bartenders and beach staff."
