Welcome to Raffaello, a charming one-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of Casa Falorni, directly above the namesake historic butcher shop, still in operation today. Once the home of the founding family, the apartment has been thoughtfully renovated to blend authentic Tuscan charm with modern comforts.



Perfect for couples or small groups, Raffaello offers the ideal base to experience the true essence of Greve in Chianti, with its rich history, local flavors, and breathtaking views



The Space:

Raffaello is a cozy and well-organized apartment featuring a quiet double bedroom, a living area with a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is modern and includes a spacious and functional shower.



The interiors are thoughtfully furnished, combining the warmth of Tuscan tradition with modern comforts such as high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning.



On the same floor, just in front of the apartment, guests of Casa Falorni have access to a shared area with tables and a large terrace exclusively reserved for their use.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment.

There is also a shared terrace on the first floor — the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or enjoy local products in a peaceful setting.



Check-in is fully autonomous and available from 3:00 PM onwards.

The process is simple: you will receive a personal code to enter on the smart locks installed on both the building entrance and your apartment door.



Upon request, guests may drop off their luggage earlier and return later once the apartment is ready.



Other Things to Note:

The building is equipped with a elevator that can accommodate one guest and one suitcase at a time.



The building is equipped with an elevator up to the fourth floor. To reach the top-floor apartment (Il Cassero), just a few steps are required.



We are proud to offer our guests authentic local experiences, thanks to our strong partnership with the historic Falorni Butcher Shop, located right downstairs. You can book guided tastings, behind-the-scenes visits, or even enjoy takeaway meals from the butcher directly on the shared terrace.



Through our collaboration with the Falorni family and local partners, we can help arrange:

– visits to the Wine Museum of Greve in Chianti

– wine tastings at nearby local wineries

– personalized dining recommendations and special deals at selected restaurants

– tailor-made experiences with local wine producers to discover the true essence of Chianti

During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.

Our team is available every day from Monday to Sunday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, to assist you with any questions or needs. You can reach us by phone, email, or chat.



Outside these hours, we handle emergencies via phone only.

Although check-in is fully self-managed, we’re always happy to assist you before or during your stay if needed.
