"Great stay for a couple. Cozy home, quiet neighborhood, kitchen had all we needed as we brought food to heat and eat. We went birding at a bunch of parks. The beach was pretty private only a handful of people walking, no loud kids, really relaxing. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely clean. I have a crawling baby on the floor so, I was thankful! Beach access was close, area was quiet. Streets are walkable. Donuts at the local Broadkill store made our stay extra sweet. I will definitely book again. "

"This place was excellent! Did not have cooking bowls or equipment! If you make dinner, lunches from scratch don’t stay here or bring them with you! Over all excellent "

"This home is beautiful and clean and perfectly located for us to take advantage of the beaches as well as the baseball tournament that our grandson was in. The Host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here."

"We loved this place! It was a bit but you get a lot … private pool, hot tub and game room were awesome. It is nestled in a quiet pretty development. Teens were entertained by pool table, ping pong and Horseshoe pit outside. There was a fire pit for s’mores. There was enough to do in a short stay. State park, beach, downtown all within minutes of the rental. My only complaints were minor. Sheets and towels (extra tp) aren’t supplied…which was a hassle. Locks were tricky and I wasn’t a fan of...

"The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. There are beautiful views of the national wildlife refuge, and sunsets over it, from the back deck. Then a one minute walk over to the beach for the sunrises over the bay. The owners were also very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definately love to rent this home again, when we take another vacation down to Deleware!"
