"This was a great house. The lake access was about a mile down the road and the only bummer about staying here. It looks close, but it’s all private property across the street. "

"We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. "

"The cabin was great. Cute, clean and well stocked. Check-in and out process was easy. Nice to be steps from the lake for an evening dip. Location was great for exploring the area."

"Very quiet area, house is larger than may appear. Has a/c in kitchen and mb but there was no need during our stay. The deck although not wide is long and great for morning coffee or enjoy dinner. Important, follow host directions to reach front door.Frank R. "

"Very well built cabin on one of the better lots in all of Almanor West. The lake views are amazing. "

"The check-in was so efficient, exactly as described in the listing. The cabin is light & bright and laid out well. The 4 of us used the kitchen table for playing card games at night and it wasn’t cramped. The living room area was comfortable with the sofa and 2 easy chairs."
