"This is a cute, clean, historic home in Appleton and is walkable to downtown. It's a historic home from 1903, but they've done a good job keeping it up and ensuring it doesn't feel like it's falling apart. We visited in the summer, and the AC was nice and cool. I enjoyed the location, and then I could walk to a coffee shop in the morning. The downside is that, being a 1903 home, the floors, stairs are all incredibly squeaky, and none of the bathroom doors or bedroom doors actually shut. They all...

"The worst rental I have ever been in. As soon as you walked in our shoes were sticking to the kitchen floor as something had obviously spilled. You couldn't have left the house not knowing this.
