"The house was exactly what it looks like online, it was easy to get into and was ready for us early. We were able to easily communicate with the owner when we needed to and would use her properties again."

"Great location close to the wedding we were attending. Close to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. "

"We rented this property for ECU’s graduation weekend and it was perfect for our group! The house was clean and well maintained. We brought some outdoor games and really enjoyed spending time in the back yard. The location is great and close to campus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again."

"Visited for our son’s graduation from ECU. The house was perfect for our family! Perfect location to the campus and downtown Greenville. The host was so friendly and easy to work with. She even left a graduation card for our son! Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family! "

"Our stay in Greenville was pleasant and quiet. The house was comfortable but we were unable to get TV or use the streaming service due to needed updates. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and stocked for our short stay. However, we struggled to turn on the shower in the main bathroom due to our ignorance. Printed instructions would have been helpful. The beds were comfortable but one set of sheets had an unpleasant smell, probably due to being folded and stored while still slightly damp....

"Quiet, comfortable place and not too far from everything."

"Pros: house is super conveniently located in town. Neighborhood is quiet. Has an outside kitty that is sweet. Was able to cook meals and save money. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water. Washer and dryer work well. Cons: AC struggled in the southern heat, stove tops were a little small (but functional), dryer vent was not clean, some food wrappers and popcorn kernels throughout the house. Small inconveniences, really. Shower did make a strange noise, but worked. Stairs are a little narrow....

"We booked this property in Sept ‘24 for May ‘25 graduation. I messaged the host in March and received no response. The day of our check-in as we were driving to Greenville, I messaged the host because I hadn’t revised check-in info. I had received an email from VRBO about checking but no instructions. Immediately after messaging the host, my booking was cancelled. We were on the way to graduation. He had overbooked on another site and cancelled my reservation which I made 8 months in...
