"We were unexpectedly in town for a funeral and thankful this place was available. The house was well appointed and suitable for our family. The host was very responsive and helpful before our stay. We encountered one minor thing during our stay but the host was very helpful and responsive. In fact we have booked this house again for another visit to the area within the next few weeks! Thank you Matthew for working with our family and being so accommodating! "

"We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home."
