Stroll past the main floor bathroom and two additional living rooms to reach the highlight of the home: the main deck. Here, panoramic views of Lake Wallenpaupack stretch before you. Dine al fresco at the outdoor tables, fire up the large Weber propane grill, and savor sunsets that paint the sky. Wander down the gently sloping lawn to the private lakefront and gather around the firepit for starlit conversations.

Upstairs, two staircases lead to three ensuite bedrooms, each offering privacy and comfort. Additional sleeping areas ensure everyone has a cozy place to rest. Every bedroom and living room is equipped with its own cable TV, and high-speed WiFi keeps you connected throughout the home.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the property is contactless by keypad on the front door. Our Digital Welcome Guide is a complete guide to your arrival, stay and departure for your rental home. The Welcome Guide is sent when the required forms and information is received.
Guests have access to the whole house. Locked closets/areas are as follows: linen closet upstairs, closet under the stairs and lower level basement are not available for guest use.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE - BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
75% of guests need to be 30 or older with an exception for children traveling with their parents. The remaining 25%, will need to be 25 and over.
This home is for families and respectful guests, it is not a party property. All bookings are required to sign a short-term lease after the booking has been accepted to satisfy community requirements.
WHO WE ARE
This property is managed by a local real estate agent. Property Owners rely on our team to book and manage their home for you and to make sure your rental needs are met. To make sure each property is well maintained, each reservation will require a rental agreement to be signed. The Rental Agreement is posted on this site and is available for review at check out. In addition to the Rental Agreement posted on VRBO, you will receive a Reservation Form that is required to be completed within 48 hours of receipt.
Our communities are also governed by township Rental Ordinances which impose certain rules and regulations for owners.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Our rental management includes 24-hour emergency response for any issues that arise.
Parking is available for up to 6 cars including boat trailers. Parking on the grass is not allowed.
Day Guests are limited to 7 extra people (over the 10 guests the house accommodates)
LAKE INFO
Swimming and Floating is encouraged. Our dock will accommodate a large boat and jet ski's. The Dock is seasonal and is in from May till September.
Rocky Shoreline access – lake level fluctuates depending on the season.
Spring – Lake levels will be high. The docks do not start getting installed until late April. We do not GUARANTEE any dock in the water before Memorial Day.
Summer – High Water Mark is June 1st. Depending on the weather, the lake levels may come up higher than that making the docks hard to access as their walkways will be underwater. We do our best to make sure they are accessible, but we cannot always get to them on demand.
Fall – Water levels will be lowest, and docks will start to be removed from the lake until the spring. Boats can still be docked, water levels at the end of the docks are still acceptable for boat docking.
Winter – Lake usually freezes, and ice fishing is popular. Any access to the frozen lake is “at your own risk”.
HOUSE RULES
No Smoking inside – smoking outside only. Must not leave any butts and ashes behind
NO FIREWORKS or discharging of any firearm is not permitted. Includes BB, air, pellet, paint guns.
Quiet time 11pm – 8am – this is a family-oriented neighborhood, no late-night parties allowed. Voices carry at night when it’s quiet. If you are out late at the firepit or on the deck, please keep noise to a minimum.
