The picture shows and when I got there, they put me in a room with a broke AC they didn’t work and then I had to go back and argue with the desk lady the check-in lady for like 30 minutes then she put me in another room and the toilet was broken in that one and ..."

"The carpet on the floors in the hall were stain. The picture for the room show carpet, no carpet. I seen two roaches. The pillows are extra small. I asked staff about the carpet and the person I spoke to was not even the manger. Manger was not on duty. When staff called the manger she didn’t answer. ..."
