Beautiful, lake front, newly renovated/redecorated Marina Cove cottage villa located in the Lake Oconee Reynolds Resort on a quiet cul de sac in Marina Cove. Great location Steps from the Lake, Linger Longer Marina and across Linger Longer Cove from the gazebo and sandy beach. Also close to Lake Club, golf courses, walking trails and the Ritz Carlton Lodge. 2 level cottage with new kitchen, 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, laundry room, Covered Porch and Patio overlooking lake, Master Bedroom with King bed and adjoining bath and Guest Bedroom with 2 Full Beds and adjoining bath. Covered porch overlooking beautiful Lake Oconee has additional dining table and seating. Lower level includes 2 additional BR’s 1 with Queen bed and 1 with 2 bunk beds. Play room with ping pong and foosball and LR with kitchenette and additional walk out to covered patio with gas grill overlooking the lake. Boat and Jet Ski rental available at several places nearby on the lake. You can conveniently launch and dock your boat and jet ski a few steps from the cottage. Whether you are coming up for a UGA or GCSU ballgame weekend or just to relax in a beautiful villa and enjoy fun on the lake with a variety of restaurants, movie theaters, and great shopping nearby, this is the place for you,

Our stay

The accommodations were perfect for a weekend away. We were comfortable, and had plenty of space. The unit was nicely furnished and the hosts were accommodating. The location was prefect for us as we traveled between the Ritz and throughout Reynolds for a wedding weekend. Nice lake view too.

Great place to stay during the Masters

We had a wonderful stay-well furnished clean unit with many good places to eat nearby. The host was helpful when we had questions and I would not hesitate to stay there again. Great neighborhood for walking too!

Holiday Space

Our family has grown and we were in need of extra space to spread out over the holidays. The cozy two bedroom cottage provided our family the extra space and location needed. The view of the lake, warm decor, and comfortable beds were a great bonus! We hope to come back again.

The 70’s house

Showers dangerous. If elderly no possibility of getting in and out without falling, very slippery. Outdoor deck filthy, covered with cobwebs and dead bugs. Door to downstairs was locked. To access lake have to walk around. Guest bed noisy with broken springs. Can only access 4 TV stations, thought we were back in the 60’s. Nice coffee machine, but no coffee.

Loved being by the marina and enjoyed seeing the boats come and go. Many great walks! The condo could have been much cleaner and had bugs. Needs a visit by pest control!

Superb lake location

My wife and I needed to get away for a couple of days. We brought our pontoon boat. Unit was great. Location was superb. We were able to put our boat in the water and keep it there-docked and tied up - the whole time we were there. All we had to do was walk down a couple of hundred feet get in the boat and take off. Lake is beautiful, houses around the lake are amazing 2 to 10,000,000. Even got out and toured a few that the owners invited us to while we were out. Bathrooms will need to be updated soon, in my opinion But great place, very quiet We will be back

Lakeside Fun

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this lovely VRBO property! We love Reynolds Lake Oconee and have been here many times and rented many different units. The location at Marina Cove is perfect to access all that Lake Oconee has to offer. The condo was clean, well decorated, well supplied with a view as advertised! The owner was very responsive to any questions and concerns. We will definitely stay here again!

Could not have been any better !

Reynolds is a special place. We loved it after our first visit and decided to move here permanently. Prior to moving in we needed a place to stay and we found this property. It is a perfect villa setup. Great location, great space, everything you need and overlooks the Linger Longer Marina so perfect place to take a walk. And note, we had 2 Golden Retrievers with us that loved sitting on the back deck watching the walkers and the boats. And on one of the walks decided to go for a swim ! If we didn't just buy a house at Reynolds I'd be booking this property. Thanks.

Great location!

Great place and location. We had a minor issue when checking in but the owners were quick to respond. The beds are comfy and the place was clean. We needed to get many of our own staples (tissue, soap, laundry soap, dishwasher cleaner). The location is great - nice walkway around the lake and the neighborhood.
