Perfect spot

Very nice spot for a couple to stay. Fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out. Comfortable bed. Updated in all ways. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Very convenient to downtown and extremely walkable.

Bliss on the Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Greenport. The property was clean and had all the amenities needed. We could walk everywhere in town in just a couple of minutes. The lodiongs were emall but cozy......... Can't wait to go back!

Just the two of us

This apartment is the perfect size for 2 people. The bed is very comfortable, the towels fluffy, and the kitchen well equipped. It’s an easy walk downtown and John’s restaurant recommendations were extremely helpful. The only issue we had was with the smart TV which did not want to interact with our Apple phones or IPads. I think Android users will be ok with it.

The perfect location!

I took a girls trip with my friend out to Greenport and our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. The space was very clean, quiet, and spacious for the two of us. My favorite part was how close it was to everything. The neighborhood was absolutely lovely and John was a great host. We asked if we could sit in the backyard to read (coming from NYC we always try to take advantage of fresh air) and he put some chairs out for us which was very nice! We will 100% be visiting Greenport again and will undoubtedly book this rental again.

Ideal Location

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much. The property was ideally located downtown, walking distance from anywhere we decided we wanted to go, which is exactly what we were looking for. The property was clean and organized and had everything we needed during our stay. We did not get it meet the property manager, John, since we didn't require anything. However he kindly texted us after we had to leave a night early due to a pending hurricane and welcomed us back if we decided to visit again in the future. I thoroughly recommend this location.

Restful Time Away

What a wonderful find this property was! The photos were exact and I felt right at home. The owners were on site if I had any questions and it was a lovely few days. Incredibly clean and safe for a person traveling alone. I will definitely be renting here again!

Great Getaway Weekend!

This quiet and private property met our high expectations! It was extremely clean, well stocked, and organized. Great location for walking to waterfront, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Nice private side porch for enjoying coffee or cocktails. Would highly recommend this property for a beach trip or wine tour.

Great Location in The 'New' Greenport

Had a great stay with tips from the owner on restaurants and lounges. Billy's on the Bay not to be missed. The Greenport I knew from 30 years ago no longer exists with new upscale amenities. No nregatives at all for this rental! We would return.
