Club de Camp de Greenock

The front desk staff, Raul was wonderful. He assisted with any questions we had and was very helpful and friendly. He told us about near by areas to spend the 4th of July and we had a wonderful time.

Room was not clean Bathroom was not clean Door had an issue and I complained multiple times and had to get my card activated a total of 10 times for a 2 night stay. The only nice and helpful person was the lady that checked me in. However that is the only time I saw her. Looks like the rest of staff needs more training. Right before we checked out there was an alarm going off and fire trucks all over the place. Just a very poor experience which I have never before had at a Marriott

During our stay, our room was clean and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Everyone was always eager to answer any questions. If ever visiting Albany again, we would easily book this hotel.
