"We booked the property to celebrate my father in laws 80th birthday so there were lots of people ranging from 2 months old to 102 years old! The house itself is fab and the accommodation on offer was great. Location is excellent being near Bolam Lake with some good walks. We had a few teething problems in terms of heating and some supplies but all in all had a good stay"

"5 friends seeking a relaxing getaway and we found this little gem. Booking and communication was excellent we had to change our dates at short notice which was no problem. The lodge was beautiful, so many little touches from decor to candles and was very well stocked with everything you could need. The setting is stunning and we really enjoyed the wildlife and our little red squirrel pal who came each day. Would absolutely stay again. "

"We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!"

"The location of Gibbs Hill Farm is amazing. It is located on a large farm and is very quiet and very beautiful and catered to our needs. The property is clean and comfortable. Valerie, the owner, is very friendly and we enjoyed our chats with her. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the area. "

"Fabulous house in a lovely location, it was perfect for long walks . The house is very roomy with fab decor. Close to a lovely restaurant we we popped in gor drinks and food a few times over the weekend. Will definitely return in the sumner months."

"Excellent location for Kielder Forest and observatory and within easy reach of the east coast. Easy to get to accommodation with plenty of surrounding walks. Quiet"

"What a place, accomodation is excellent, plenty of room to be together, but also plenty of room to find some peace and quiet! The party barn is a real bonus, rspecially if the weather is not too good, and there’s a cricket pitch (or football) right in front pf the property…can’t think of a downside…Fantastic Time was had by all"

"This was such a cute little apartment. It is attached to the Milecastle Pub, which has very delicious food. A portion of Hadrian’s Wall is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend."

"Beautiful Location and Immaculate Cottage! Everything spot on. Just a 5 min walk from the Wedding Venue. Local Spar shop with everything you need (or forgot!). Hosts are easily contactable via email, text or phone. Highly recommend this Cottage. Definately stay again!"

"Lovely clean property with lots of space and rooms. Gardens beautiful and accessible with seating. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. Kitchen was really well stocked with cutlery And plates but there was no basics like salt pepper oil etc. Overall lovely family home. plat3s"

"Clean, comfortable, great location with easy parking. Claire is a great hostess and provides loads of extras to make your stay special. Great pubs in the village and a superb fish and chip shop all within 5 mins walk. A wonderful stay.Jenny and Adrian"

"Two retired couples, we have just had an excellent stay at Sawmill. Very comfortable, extremely spacious and yet cosy, the location and facilities of this property made it an excellent choice and it was perfect for our needs. The large dining kitchen is well supplied with all equipment and utensils that are often missing from rented accommodation. Excellent powerful downstairs shower, and both bathrooms kept in pristine condition. Plenty of hot water, and responsive heating system. Staircase up...

"We stayed at Crackin View for a long weekend just before Christmas for our annual family Christmas holiday. Ages ranging from 5 - 65 with quite a few teenagers. The house was perfect for what we needed. Plently of room and commual areas for our large family, the living room was a great layout for playing family games.
