"We came for a long weekend for a graduation. Little Vernon was way more than we had hoped for. Plenty of room, clean (even mints in the bedrooms ) Easy checkin and great communication with owner, Laurel. The house had such interesting touches from an end table to a clock. If you are ever in the Bangor area little vernon is a must! "

"Everything you need and more! The house is very clean, has beach towels all the kitchen items you need, we used the grill for cooking. The canoe and kayak were an extra bonus. "

"We have stayed at many vacation homes and this one is in the top 5 for sure. It was extremely clean and ever detail was thought out, with special touches everywhere from the note on the basement door explaining what was down there to the guide book detailing things to do in the area. The coffee bar and snack area were a huge hit. The home was a 12 minute drive from the Amphitheater (straight shot) which made getting to and from our concert a breeze. I highly recommend and the next time we are...

"Great location on a beautiful lake. "

"I can’t say enough how amazing our time was at this campground. The cottage was adorable! So comfortable and cozy. It’s small, but it was all we needed. My daughter and I stayed there for a concert. There are three different playgrounds, a large community fire pit, beautiful pool, bouncy pillow, games room, and mini golf. The people were so friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are adorable and clean. I can’t say enough how much I loved this place I seriously am thinking of taking another trip...

"Perfect place for a graduation weekend. Even though it’s not real close to campus, about 25 minutes, it was well worth it. We have a large family plus invited daughters friends for a barbecue after the grads walked. Very roomy and well taken care of. Would definitely come here again"

"We had a lovely stay in Great Pond! Sun room is gorgeous and there are plenty of places to enjoy the lake. As a backyard birder I especially enjoyed the Loons, Owls, Chickadees and so much more in the surrounding trees. The only thing that was unfortunate was the dock wasn’t yet set up, and that was a major reason we were looking forward to our stay. There weren’t many safe areas without the dock to load in and out especially with a dog. Still, looking forward to future visits to the area!"
