"We traveled from Arizona for our daughter's wedding. We were very happy to stay at such a wonderful lakehouse property. It was great to have a private dock and access to the lake. We enjoyed the canoes, ping pong, foosball and also appreciated the fishing poles! Our host Pat was great and we would love to visit again in the future!Kidney / Newton Wedding 2025"

"Enjoyed our limited time in this home. Everything within driving distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of backyard for the dogs to run around and wear themselves out lol. The owner was always in communication with me and made this stay one of the best ones we have had when we have come to visit Nashville. We will be staying here again when we come to visit next time. Can not recommend this Vrbo enough. "

"We went for a cousins reunion and had a wonderful time. The place lends itself to easy gathering with both inside and outside spaces, and comfortable sleeping accommodationsCommunication with our hosts was easy. They responded promptly when we needed something. I highly recommend this place. "

"Our family LOVED staying here. Exactly as described, comfortable, close to our tournament, relaxing creek in the backyard, just all around exactly what we needed to decompress after long days of being outside in the heat. Will definitely try and book here again if we can!"

"We planned a trip to Nashville for our anniversary and wanted to bring our doggo. It was somewhat difficult to find pet friendly places with room for us and outside space for our dog. Everything here was as it stated and you can tell hosts care about our stay "

"It’s a really lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! The fenced-in backyard with the covered table and chairs was a real treat, with big shady trees and lots of birds to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. My family would love to stay here again!"

"We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!! "

"Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Nashville Retreat! This property has a great location for all of the action in Nashville. The house and amenities were top notch! The kitchen has everything needed and the house is labeled for easy of use. Would come back to this well kept property again for sure!"

"You can’t go wrong with staying here because it is perfectly close to the Grand ole Opry & Opry Mills and it’s a short ride if you decide to either park down by broadway or Uber.. We had 2 couples & we just loved our stay!! This home is beautiful. It’s perfectly comfortable with 2 really nice bedrooms!! The description for everything is accurate & all the instructions are really helpful. This is a good pick! We definitely recommend it."
