"A quaint get-away in the heart of horse country.Our host , Chris, had everything we could need and was flexible with our schedule and communicative. He provided great books explaining the history of the estate, and a very helpful list of nearby attractions. We were too busy with our itinerary to explore the grounds, so there will have to be a next time."

"My family stayed here for a wedding in newtown. What a lovely apartment! It was a rainy cooler june weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space as much but parts of the patio/deck was covered which was great. The pingpong table and some porch areas needed a sweep but otherwise it was delightful, clean, cozy. We’d stay here again. "

"We really loved this property. It was all advertised and more. It made travelling with our two mid-sized dogs easy. We had time to make a couple of breakfasts and a dinner in the wonderful kitchen. I resisted playing a rousing round of chopsticks on the beautiful piano. Great set-up! Three bedrooms with king sized beds. I could imagine returning here for future stays. The host was the best! Any question I had was promotly answered. Great location for home basing to explore all the history in the...

"Apartment in charming old house with stained glass windows and original hardwood floors. We used the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. A dishwasher would have been a plus. Not for you if parallel parking scares you. I’m not scared, so I would book again to be near family. Reasonable price! Worth the money. "
