"It was a good place to stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. There were some AC issues with what we were told was a fan. It was really loud that last night because our room was right next to it. Staff was apologizing regarding the noise. We would stay there again for sure."

"The pool looked like it had not Been cleaned in a while. Resort is right bedside a bridge that a lot of shady people were hanging out around. Room was clean, but half of the lights did not work and there were exposed wires."

"Great hotel in Columbus compared to the rest of the area. I really liked the apartment-style layout. The room was nice and comfortable. The only issues were the thin walls and check-in. We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. "Our room as very clean and comfortable. The check in staff was on the austere and cool. We had no other occasion to interact with any other staff."
