Stud Hohenschmark is peacefully situated about a 10-minute drive from Plön and Bad Malente, right on its own Schmarksee in the heart of Holstein Switzerland. Alongside a tranquil holiday atmosphere, the stud offers ideal conditions for dressage horses. At Schmarksee, you can relax and enjoy your free time both on the property and in the surrounding area.



The building houses the Achterstall on the ground floor and two holiday apartments on the first floor. Central heating is available. Each apartment has its own entrance.



The "Zum See" apartment features a balcony with direct views of Schmarksee and the riding arena. The open-plan kitchen and living area create a bright, spacious feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a filter coffee machine. The full bathroom and two bedrooms are separate. (82 sqm)



Wi-Fi, TV, and a parking space are provided. Self check-in allows for flexible arrival. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (up to 3). Please note that access is via unpaved roads and the property is best reached by car.



Stud Hohenschmark is an active farm. Agricultural vehicles (such as loaders, tractors, etc.) may be present. Farm vehicles and horses always have right of way. Please observe walking pace throughout the premises.



Only enter the mare stable with permission. Feeding horses or any other animals is strictly prohibited. Unregistered persons are not allowed on the property without prior notice.
