The room was very clean and everything worked ok but the room decor reflected the 3 star rating, but the bar and dinning areas were more like 4/5 star and also the food and service one of the best Sunday carveries ever, would return just for that, and then to top that the full English breakfast wow, that was definitely 5 star, the staff...

"Booked and paid last year for room with king bed. Didnt get that. No explanation why from staff. Room was in old part with no ventilation and double bed that needed to be replaced years ago. Pillows were terrible. Floors created and shower water got stuck on scalding and needed to be fixed. All over very disappointing stay. "
