"This is a beautiful hotel with delightful staff. The restaurant on-site is wonderful! Parking at this hotel is disappointing. I was there on a Sunday and paid $20 to park in a lot across the street. Afterwartds I realized that I could have left my car parked on the street for free and been closer to the hotel. "This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...

"We are traveling with 2 young children and this place was perfect. They had a full size fridge for all our leftovers and drinks. Perfect for late night snacks and post naps. "Service was excellent. I was placed in the room I requested, thank you for that!! The bed was wonderful, I really appreciated the fact that the AC wasn't leaving the room muggy and damp like some do. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful.
